Warranty Support

Thoughtful support for performance apparel that does not meet the quality standards expected from Flowella.

Our warranty review is designed to be straightforward, fair, and product-specific. We assess eligible concerns involving materials, construction, hardware, stitching, closures, and functional performance while considering the product type, care history, purchase record, and nature of the reported issue.

01 · Our approach

A fair review for genuine product concerns

Warranty support is separate from a standard return or exchange. It is intended for eligible product concerns that may relate to manufacturing, workmanship, material integrity, or functional components.

01 Every request is reviewed using the product details and evidence provided.

Flowella creates a curated activewear assortment for training, studio movement, outdoor activity, everyday performance, and changing weather. Because each product category has different construction methods and functional expectations, warranty decisions are made individually rather than through an automatic one-size-fits-all result.

Our review considers the reported concern, the product category, the location of the issue, the amount and type of use, washing and care practices, the original order information, and whether the condition appears consistent with a covered quality concern or with normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, alteration, or improper care.

Approval is not guaranteed by submitting a request. However, complete and accurate information helps our support team evaluate the concern efficiently and provide the most appropriate available resolution.

02 · Potential coverage

Concerns that may qualify for review

The examples below describe common concerns that may be reviewed. They do not create automatic approval and must be assessed in relation to use, care, product age, and available evidence.

01 / Construction

Premature seam separation

Stitching that separates unexpectedly under ordinary intended use may be reviewed when the area does not show signs of snagging, cutting, excessive tension, or accidental impact.

02 / Materials

Unexpected fabric failure

Material tearing, splitting, or structural breakdown may be considered when it appears inconsistent with normal wear and the product has been used and cared for appropriately.

03 / Hardware

Defective zippers or closures

Zippers, snaps, adjusters, drawcord components, or other functional closures that fail during ordinary use may qualify for assessment.

04 / Bonding

Panel or trim delamination

Bonded areas, laminated panels, reflective applications, or functional trims that separate prematurely may be reviewed when care instructions were followed.

05 / Elasticity

Abnormal support loss

Significant and unusual loss of elasticity may be assessed when it occurs earlier than reasonably expected and is not linked to heat damage, chemical exposure, or improper washing.

06 / Function

Performance feature failure

Product-specific features may be reviewed when they fail to perform as designed because of a possible construction or component issue rather than ordinary aging.

03 · Claim process

A clear path from request to resolution

Submit one complete request for each affected product. Clear photographs and accurate order details reduce unnecessary follow-up and help the review move efficiently.

Locate your order information

Prepare the order number, purchaser name, email address used at checkout, product name, size, color, and approximate date the concern was first noticed.

Document the product clearly

Take well-lit photographs showing the entire product, the affected area, a close detail of the concern, and the product label whenever it remains available.

Describe use and care history

Explain how the product was used, how often it was worn, how it was washed and dried, and whether any specific event occurred before the issue appeared.

Submit one complete support request

Include all relevant details and images together. Duplicate requests may slow the review because related information must be consolidated before assessment.

Allow the product review to be completed

Our support team may request additional photographs, measurements, label information, or clarification before confirming eligibility and available next steps.

Receive the approved resolution

When a request is approved, the available resolution may include replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy based on the product and circumstances.

04 · What to provide

Complete evidence supports a faster review

Photographs should be clear, unfiltered, and taken in natural or bright neutral light. Avoid images that are heavily cropped, blurred, dark, or unable to show the concern in context.

  • The original Flowella order number and purchaser information.
  • The full product name, color, size, and affected quantity.
  • One photograph showing the complete front of the product.
  • One photograph showing the complete back of the product.
  • A close photograph clearly showing the reported concern.
  • A wider photograph showing where the concern is located.
  • A photograph of the care label, size label, or product label when available.
  • A concise explanation of use, washing, drying, and storage practices.
  • The approximate date the concern first became visible.
  • Any additional context that may help distinguish a defect from accidental damage.

05 · Available outcomes

Resolutions are matched to each approved claim

The final remedy depends on product availability, the nature of the concern, the original transaction, and the result of the warranty assessment.

Resolution 01

Replacement

An approved replacement may be offered for the same item when available. If the exact size or color is unavailable, a suitable alternative may be proposed.

Resolution 02

Store credit

Store credit may be provided when replacement inventory is unavailable or when another eligible product is the most practical resolution.

Resolution 03

Refund

A refund may be approved in qualifying cases and is generally issued to the original payment method when technically and operationally available.

Resolution 04

Alternative remedy

Another reasonable remedy may be offered when it better reflects the product condition, purchase history, available inventory, or specific claim circumstances.

06 · Important limitations

Conditions generally outside warranty coverage

Performance apparel naturally changes over time. Friction, repeated movement, washing, body oils, external surfaces, heat, chemicals, and ordinary aging can affect appearance and function without indicating a manufacturing concern.

Common exclusions

  • 01 Normal wear, gradual fading, expected pilling, minor stretching, or ordinary material aging.
  • 02 Damage caused by falls, sharp objects, rough surfaces, snagging, pets, equipment, or accidental impact.
  • 03 Improper washing, high heat, bleach, fabric softener, harsh chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • 04 Altered, repaired, tailored, dyed, printed, cut, or otherwise modified products.
  • 05 Products used for activities beyond their intended design or exposed to extreme conditions.
  • 06 Fit preference, style preference, color preference, or expected compression that is not linked to a product defect.
  • 07 Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resale platforms, third parties, or without verifiable Flowella order information.
  • 08 Concerns caused by incorrect sizing, excessive tension, repeated abrasion, or unsuitable product selection.
  • 09 Lost, stolen, discarded, or unavailable products that cannot be adequately documented or reviewed.
  • 10 Damage occurring after the product was accepted as part of a completed return, exchange, or prior claim resolution.
07 · Product care

Protect performance through responsible care

Always follow the care label attached to the individual product. The guidance below is general and should not replace product-specific instructions.

Wash with similar performance fabrics

Separate activewear from towels, denim, hook-and-loop closures, and abrasive garments that may increase friction or snagging.

Use cool water and a gentle cycle

Lower temperatures and reduced agitation can help protect elasticity, surface finishes, bonding, color, and technical components.

Avoid bleach and fabric softener

Harsh additives may weaken fibers, affect stretch recovery, reduce moisture management, and damage technical finishes.

Close zippers before washing

Fastening zippers, snaps, and closures helps reduce abrasion and prevents hardware from catching on nearby fabric.

Air dry whenever appropriate

High heat may affect elastic fibers, bonded seams, reflective details, water-resistant treatments, and garment shape.

Store clean and fully dry

Avoid long-term storage while damp, compressed, or exposed to direct sunlight, chemicals, rough surfaces, or excessive heat.

08 · Common questions

Warranty review questions

Every answer below begins collapsed. Open only the question you need to review.

Is a warranty request the same as a return or exchange?

No. A standard return or exchange usually addresses an eligible purchase within the applicable return period. Warranty support addresses a reported product quality concern and requires an individual assessment of the product, evidence, use, care, and circumstances.

Does submitting photographs guarantee approval?

No. Photographs and order information allow the product to be reviewed, but approval depends on whether the concern is determined to be eligible under the warranty review criteria.

What happens if the same replacement item is unavailable?

Depending on the approved claim, available options may include a comparable replacement, another suitable product, store credit, refund, or a different remedy determined by Flowella.

Can normal pilling or fading be considered a defect?

Normal pilling, fading, and gradual material changes are commonly associated with friction, laundering, repeated wear, and fabric type. Unusual or premature deterioration may still be reviewed when complete evidence and care history are provided.

Are products purchased from another seller eligible?

Warranty support generally requires verifiable purchase information from Flowella. Products obtained through resale platforms, unauthorized sellers, third parties, or unverified transactions may not qualify.

Should I discard the product after submitting a request?

No. Keep the product until the review is complete and all instructions have been provided. Flowella may request additional photographs, label details, measurements, or return of the product before a final decision.

Can altered or repaired products be reviewed?

Alteration, tailoring, repair, dyeing, printing, cutting, or other modification may prevent an accurate assessment of the original construction and can make the product ineligible for warranty coverage.

What information should be included in the first message?

Include the order number, purchaser details, product name, size, color, date the issue appeared, a description of use and care, and clear photographs showing the entire product, the affected area, and the product label.
