Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, using, or purchasing through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, account holders, contributors, and anyone who submits information or content.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Site. Your continued use of the Site after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Eligibility and Authority

You may use the Site only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. In that situation, “you” also refers to the entity.

You may not use the Site where access or use would violate applicable law, regulation, sanctions, trade restriction, or other legal requirement.

Accounts and Information Accuracy

Certain features may allow or require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information and for updating that information when necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must promptly notify Flowella if you believe your account, password, payment information, or personal information has been accessed or used without authorization.

• Do not impersonate another person or create a misleading identity.
• Do not share account credentials in a way that creates security risks.
• Do not use automated methods to create or operate accounts.
• Do not attempt to access another customer’s account or order details.

Product Information and Availability

Flowella offers sportswear and functional apparel, including performance tops, sports bras, training tank tops, performance leggings, training shorts, weatherproof jackets, thermal and insulated layers, performance joggers, and coordinated performance sets.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, materials, colors, images, fit information, measurements, availability, features, and care guidance accurately. However, screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, material batches, photography, device displays, and production updates may affect appearance.

Product use

You are responsible for reviewing product information, sizing guidance, garment labels, warnings, care instructions, and intended use before wearing or caring for a product. Apparel performance can be affected by fit, activity, climate, layering, care practices, and individual use.

Products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, change specifications, update packaging, or withdraw an item without prior notice.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice. A price displayed before checkout does not guarantee availability or final acceptance of an order.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, fees, or other charges may be calculated or displayed during checkout where required. You are responsible for providing valid billing information and authorizing the payment method used.

We may correct pricing, description, discount, availability, or calculation errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact you, cancel the affected item, issue an appropriate refund, or request confirmation before proceeding.

• Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance.
• Payment providers may apply separate terms and verification procedures.
• Failed, reversed, disputed, or unauthorized payments may delay or cancel an order.

Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation

After you submit an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we received it. This acknowledgment does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted, fulfilled, or shipped.

Flowella may accept, reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasonable business, legal, security, inventory, payment, fraud prevention, shipping, pricing, or customer protection reasons.

Order review

We may request additional information to verify identity, payment, billing, shipping, or order activity. If requested information is not provided within a reasonable period, the order may be delayed or canceled.

Purchase limits

Products are intended primarily for personal use. We may limit quantities or decline orders that appear to involve unauthorized resale, distribution, commercial exploitation, fraud, abuse, or circumvention of purchase limits.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Flowella currently promotes free shipping on all products and an estimated delivery period of 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Processing or transit may be affected by inventory review, address verification, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, remote destinations, security checks, service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Flowella is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or unauthorized delivery information supplied by the customer.

Delivery confirmation

Where permitted by law, responsibility for the package may transfer when the carrier records delivery to the address, pickup location, mailroom, reception area, parcel locker, or authorized recipient. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Flowella offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days, subject to the applicable return conditions, product eligibility, hygiene requirements, proof of purchase, and return instructions provided by Flowella.

Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from fragrance, cosmetics, deodorant, damage, excessive lint, pet hair, or other signs of use, with original tags and packaging where reasonably required.

Non-returnable or restricted items

Certain products may be non-returnable or subject to additional conditions for hygiene, safety, personalization, final-sale, clearance, damage, misuse, or legal reasons. Any material restriction should be identified before purchase where reasonably possible.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary based on inspection, payment provider, financial institution, and transaction status.

Discounts, Promotions, and Offers

Flowella may offer automatic discounts, email subscriber benefits, product promotions, limited-time offers, bundles, or other incentives. Unless stated otherwise, email subscribers may receive a 15% automatic sitewide discount, and selected promotional products may receive a 20% automatic discount.

Promotions may be subject to product exclusions, eligibility requirements, dates, inventory limits, geographic restrictions, purchase thresholds, account requirements, or non-combination rules.

Flowella may modify, suspend, withdraw, correct, or cancel a promotion where reasonably necessary, including in cases of error, abuse, fraud, technical failure, unauthorized distribution, or activity inconsistent with the stated promotion rules.

Site Content and Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents, including brand names, logos, text, product descriptions, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts, artwork, icons, software, code, features, and visual presentation, are owned by Flowella or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Flowella grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.

• You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content without permission.
• You may not remove copyright, trademark, ownership, or attribution notices.
• You may not frame, mirror, scrape, index, archive, or systematically collect Site content without authorization.
• You may not use Flowella branding in a way that creates confusion, endorsement, affiliation, or impersonation.

Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, testimonial, response, idea, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and not misleading.

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to Flowella, you grant Flowella a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with our business, products, marketing, customer experience, and Site operation, subject to applicable law.

Flowella may moderate, refuse, edit, restrict, or remove user content that violates these terms, creates legal or safety risk, is irrelevant, includes personal information, or is otherwise inappropriate for the Site.

Prohibited Uses and Conduct

You must not use the Site, its content, or its services in a way that harms Flowella, other customers, service providers, systems, networks, or third parties.

• Violating applicable law, regulation, court order, or the rights of another person.
• Committing fraud, payment abuse, identity misuse, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized resale.
• Introducing malware, harmful code, automated requests, scraping tools, bots, or excessive traffic.
• Attempting to bypass security, access controls, rate limits, checkout restrictions, or purchase limits.
• Interfering with the Site, servers, payment systems, shipping systems, or customer accounts.
• Collecting personal information about another person without lawful authorization.
• Submitting false, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, or infringing content.
• Using Site content to train, improve, or operate a competing commercial system without permission.

Third-Party Services and Technology

The Site may rely on or interact with third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, communication tools, hosting services, shipping carriers, fraud prevention services, social platforms, and other technology providers.

Third-party services may be governed by separate terms, policies, availability standards, and privacy practices. Flowella does not control every aspect of third-party services and is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, outages, content, or policies, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

References to third-party products, services, names, or content do not necessarily imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation.

Disclaimers and Service Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Flowella does not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or free from harmful components.

Product descriptions, fit guidance, editorial content, training references, material explanations, and general information are provided for shopping and informational purposes. They are not medical, health, fitness, safety, or professional advice.

Individual results, fit, comfort, support, durability, thermal performance, moisture management, and weather protection may vary based on body shape, sizing selection, activity, environment, layering, care, use, and product condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowella and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from or related to the Site, products, communications, orders, services, or these terms.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, business interruption, or other intangible loss, even if the possibility of such loss was known.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Flowella’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flowella and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site.
• Your violation of these Terms of Service.
• Your infringement or violation of another person’s rights.
• Your user content, reviews, submissions, or communications.
• Your fraud, misconduct, negligence, or misuse of a product or service.

This obligation does not apply where prohibited or to the extent a claim results from Flowella’s own conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and Termination

Flowella may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site, cancel an account, limit purchasing, refuse service, or take other reasonable action if we believe there has been fraud, abuse, a security threat, legal risk, prohibited conduct, repeated policy violations, payment misconduct, or harm to Flowella or another person.

You may stop using the Site at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, licenses, indemnification duties, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and disputes arising from or relating to the Site, products, orders, or services are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Flowella agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. A written description of the issue, relevant order information, and the requested resolution should be provided so the matter can be reviewed.

Unless mandatory law provides another forum, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Oklahoma. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief for fraud, security threats, intellectual property misuse, or other immediate harm.

Changes to the Site and These Terms

Flowella may update the Site, products, services, features, policies, or these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated or applicable law requires another form of notice.

Material changes may be communicated through the Site, account notices, checkout notices, email, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Site after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

The “Last updated” date near the top of this page identifies the latest revision of these terms.

General Legal Provisions

Entire agreement

These Terms of Service, together with policies and terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement between you and Flowella regarding the Site and related transactions.

Severability

If any provision is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or removed as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without Flowella’s written consent. Flowella may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law.

Headings

Headings are provided for organization and convenience and do not limit or alter the meaning of the provisions.

Electronic communications

You agree that electronic notices, records, confirmations, and communications may satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing, where permitted by law.
