Once an order is placed, Flowella begins preparing the selected items for shipment. Reviewing your confirmation details early helps prevent delays and allows our support team to understand your request quickly.
Confirm the product, size, color, quantity, delivery address, and email address shown in your order confirmation.
Order changes cannot always be guaranteed after processing begins, so assistance should be requested as soon as an issue is noticed.
Include the customer name, order number, email used at checkout, and a concise description of the support request.
Flowella will never request your complete payment card number, banking password, or unrelated private account credentials.
Shipping & Delivery
Flowella provides free shipping on all products. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment, although carrier conditions may occasionally affect timing.
Carrier updates can move through several stages before a package reaches its final destination. A delayed scan does not always indicate a lost parcel.

Shipment details are issued after carrier information becomes available. Early tracking may take time to display its first scan.
Packages may pass through multiple regional facilities. Scans can update in groups rather than continuously in real time.
Check entrances, secure delivery areas, mailrooms, reception desks, household members, and nearby carrier-approved locations.
When reporting a delivery concern, include your order number, carrier status, delivery date, and the steps already taken.
Fit & Care
Flowella apparel is selected for movement, layering, training, recovery, and changing weather conditions. The ideal fit depends on the garment’s function, your preferred compression level, and how you plan to combine it with other layers.
Wash performance apparel in cool water with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle, close zippers and fasteners, avoid chlorine bleach and heavy fabric softeners, and air dry whenever possible. High heat can affect elasticity, moisture management, bonded details, water resistance, and garment shape.
Returns & Exchanges
Flowella offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days. Items should be kept in suitable return condition while your request is reviewed.
Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery so the order can be reviewed under the standard return and exchange process.
Returned apparel should remain unworn beyond a reasonable fit check, unwashed, undamaged, and free from odors, stains, or visible wear.
Approved exchanges depend on available inventory. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection.

Flowella promotions are designed to apply clearly at checkout. Eligible email subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount, and selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount. No discount code is required for either offer.
