This policy applies to qualifying purchases placed through the Flowella online store. It covers Performance Tops, Sports Bras, Training Tank Tops, Performance Leggings, Training Shorts, Weatherproof Jackets, Thermal & Insulated Layers, Performance Joggers, and Performance Sets.
Eligible U.S. returns and exchanges include a prepaid return label, so there is no standard return-shipping charge deducted from your approved resolution.
The return period begins on the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier.
Products must remain clean and free from wear, washing, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, alterations, or other marks that prevent resale.
Eligible products may be exchanged for another available size or color. Availability is not guaranteed until the exchange is processed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Returned merchandise is inspected to confirm that it meets the policy requirements.
Before sending anything back, submit your request and wait for return instructions. Unregistered packages may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender because they cannot be matched securely to an order.

Include every component received with the product. Protect the merchandise from moisture, transit damage, and direct attachment of shipping labels.
Keep the carrier receipt until your resolution is complete. After delivery to our return facility, the item will be reviewed and the approved outcome issued.
We recommend trying every garment indoors on a clean surface. Keep protective liners, hangtags, packaging, detachable accessories, and product labels in place until you are certain the item works for you.
Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, fragrance, cosmetic transfer, deodorant, excessive lint, pet hair, damage caused after delivery, missing tags, or incomplete set components may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Flowella reserves the right to decline merchandise that does not meet the return-condition standard.
Available options may depend on product condition, inventory, payment method, and the reason for the return. The selected resolution is confirmed after eligibility review.
Exchange an eligible item for another available size or color of the same product. If the requested variation becomes unavailable, Flowella may offer store credit or a refund instead.
Receive digital store credit after the returned item passes inspection. Store credit can be useful when you want to choose a different silhouette, performance category, or future release.
Approved funds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping upgrades, expedited-service fees, and other non-product charges are not refundable unless required because of a Flowella fulfillment error.

When something arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, keep the item and packaging available until our customer-care team provides instructions.
Contact Flowella as soon as possible after delivery if your item appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the product ordered. Clear documentation helps us review the issue accurately and provide the right resolution.
If you receive the wrong product, size, color, or quantity, provide your order number and photographs showing the delivered item and its product label. Approved fulfillment errors are corrected without a standard return-shipping charge.
