This policy applies to qualifying purchases placed through the Flowella online store. It covers Performance Tops, Sports Bras, Training Tank Tops, Performance Leggings, Training Shorts, Weatherproof Jackets, Thermal & Insulated Layers, Performance Joggers, and Performance Sets.

The return period begins on the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier.

Condition Matters

Products must remain clean and free from wear, washing, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, alterations, or other marks that prevent resale.

Simple Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for another available size or color. Availability is not guaranteed until the exchange is processed.

Original Payment Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, fragrance, cosmetic transfer, deodorant, excessive lint, pet hair, damage caused after delivery, missing tags, or incomplete set components may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Flowella reserves the right to decline merchandise that does not meet the return-condition standard.

If you receive the wrong product, size, color, or quantity, provide your order number and photographs showing the delivered item and its product label. Approved fulfillment errors are corrected without a standard return-shipping charge.

When does the 30-day return window begin?
The 30-day period begins on the date the carrier marks your order as delivered. Your return request must be submitted within that window. Sending a package without first submitting a request does not extend the eligibility period.
Can I exchange an item for a different product?
Standard exchanges are generally completed for another available size or color of the same product. When you want a different style or product category, store credit or a refund may be more appropriate so you can place a new order.
Can I return part of a Performance Set?
When products were sold together as one set, all included pieces must normally be returned together. If the pieces were selected and priced individually, each eligible item may be reviewed separately according to the order details.
What happens if the requested exchange is unavailable?
Inventory can change while a return is in transit. If the requested variation is no longer available when your return is approved, Flowella may provide store credit or issue a refund to the original payment method.
How should I try on leggings, shorts, or sports bras?
Try these products indoors over appropriate undergarments and avoid contact with deodorant, body lotion, makeup, fragrance, rough surfaces, and pet hair. Keep every tag and protective element attached until you decide to keep the item.
Are original shipping charges refundable?
Standard product refunds do not include expedited shipping upgrades or other non-product service charges. When a return is required because Flowella shipped an incorrect or confirmed defective item, applicable shipping charges may be reviewed as part of the resolution.
How long will it take for a refund to appear?
After the return is delivered and passes inspection, the approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require several additional business days to post the credit to your account.
Can I return an item after it has been washed?
Washed merchandise is generally not eligible for a standard return or exchange. If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect that became visible after following the care instructions, submit clear details and photographs for review.
What if my return package is lost in transit?
Keep your carrier receipt and tracking record until the resolution is complete. If tracking stops updating, provide the shipment details to customer support so the return can be investigated with the carrier.
Can I send my return to the business address?
Do not send merchandise to an address unless it appears in the return instructions issued for your request. The business address listed on this page may not be the designated processing facility for your specific return.
